Frequently Asked Questions about Mobile Detailing
What services can you perform with the mobile unit?
Our mobile unit is equipped to handle most of our primary detailing services, including our exterior detail and full detail packages. Due to the need for a perfectly controlled environment, some specialized services like paint correction and ceramic coating applications are only performed at our physical shop locations.
Do you need to use my water or power?
No. Our mobile detailing van is completely self contained. We bring our own filtered water and a generator to power all of our equipment. We won't need to plug into your home or office.
How much space do you need to work?
We just need enough space to park our van near your vehicle and fully open your car doors. A typical driveway or a couple of empty parking spaces is usually more than enough room for us to work safely and efficiently.
Can you detail my car at my office building?
Absolutely. Detailing your car while you work is one of the most popular uses for our mobile service. We just recommend checking with your building management to ensure there are no restrictions on service vehicles working in the parking lot.
Is mobile detailing more expensive than coming to the shop?
Our pricing for mobile services is competitive and reflects the premium, convenient service we bring to your doorstep. There may be a nominal travel fee depending on your location in the Ottawa area, but the core service cost is comparable to our in shop pricing.
