With over two decades in the automotive detailing industry, Jon brings unmatched experience, craftsmanship, and pride to every project that rolls through JREK Autocare. As Owner and Operator, he oversees daily operations, technician training, and quality control — ensuring every finish meets the JREK standard of excellence.

Jon and his wife, Emilie, run JREK as a true family business, built on hard work and a shared passion for cars. Outside of the shop, Jon is a devoted father to their daughter — the next generation already showing signs of inheriting her parents’ drive and attention to detail.

With over 15 years of experience in finance, Emilie brings both business insight and creative vision to JREK Autocare. As Director of Marketing, Business Development & Finance, she leads the company’s strategic growth — from brand development and partnerships to financial planning and expansion.

After a successful career in corporate finance and real estate, Emilie transitioned full-time into JREK, operating the company alongside her husband, Jon. Together, they’ve turned a shared love of cars into a thriving family business — one that their young daughter is already growing up around, learning what passion and precision look like firsthand.

At just four years old, Ava is already part of the JREK Autocare family legacy. Whether she’s handing out microfiber towels, pretending to polish cars beside Dad, or brightening everyone’s day at the shop, she reminds the team what passion and play look like combined.

She might be small, but she’s already got a big love for cars — and an even bigger personality. The next generation of JREK is off to a shiny start.

With over four years of professional detailing experience, Diego’s passion for cars drives everything he does. He takes pride in seeing each vehicle’s transformation from start to finish and has become skilled in every aspect of detailing—from precision hand washes to advanced ceramic coatings.
As a manager, 

Diego leads with calm confidence and steady guidance, creating a positive, focused atmosphere in the shop that customers can feel the moment they walk in. His attention to detail and professionalism help ensure every client leaves impressed—not just by their car, but by the JREK experience itself.

Veena joined JREK Autocare in March 2024 and trained under owner Jon, where she developed expertise in interior and exterior detailing, buffing, polishing, and ceramic coatings. Her favorite part of the job is refining paintwork to achieve that flawless, mirror-like finish that defines the JREK standard.
